Notes from submitter

Official seed run — gotcontext.ai lab rig (RTX 4070 Ada + RTX 5070 Blackwell, layer-split, Ryzen 5800XT, 128GB). COUNCIL profile (parallel 4 → 65K per slot, claude-CLI compat). Ctx bumped 131K→262K (native max, no YaRN) on 2026-05-27 after claude-CLI HTTP 400 on 45K system prompt at 32K per slot. Speculative-decode draft removed 2026-05-27 — on A3B-class MoE expert-saturation dynamics make spec decode net-negative (135.7 baseline vs ~121 best spec per thc1006 19-config bench). --no-mmap required with --mlock + tensor overrides.
